I have been a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 30 years, and have my own rental homes, Ziss Properties LLC. Over the years I have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with my Buyers/Sellers/Tenants and learning their family history.

I started out as an Assistant to Local Commercial Brokers, who have taught me valuable real estate knowledge. They also have inspired me to pursue my love for helping others and growing this Community.

I have since worked in Healthcare Administration for 18 years, 14 of which at Rockford Health System/Mercy Health, and the last at Swedish American/UW Health.  This career gave me the opportunity to lend a helping hand and care for others in this amazing community I call home.

My husband of 24 years is the local Porter Pipe & Supply Representative and we both are lifelong residents of Rockford. Together we enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, rehabbing homes, gardening and enjoying the taste of the local cuisine!
